Deliveries and Returns

 

Availability

  • Each product has an availability indicator
  • In Stock - means that we have stock available to ship
  • Available to Order - means that the item is not currently in stock with us, but it is available to order
  • Made To Order - means that we will manufacture the item from tool components, usually tool kits
  • We aim to ship your order as soon as possible once all items are available

Routes and Durations

  • Our preferred courier is DHL and all shipments are booked for an express service
  • For the UK, our preferred pallet haulier is Palletways, and all shipments are booked on the express next day or closest service (depending upon remote location)
  • For the rest of the world pallet shipments, our default service is via international airfreight with road freight once at the destination airport.

Shipping Terms

  • No UK shipments are liable for any extra customs import duties or taxes, only VAT which is stated at checkout
  • All shipments are sent on (DAP) Delivered At Place, excluding customs import duties and taxes basis, unless we cannot insure to your country, where in these cases we ship on (CPT) Carriage Paid To, excluding customs import duties and taxes basis.
  • When goods arrive in your destination country, you will be contacted by our courier or haulier to pay your customs import duties and taxes
  • Once these have been paid, the goods will be released, and onward delivery can commence
  • Here is a list of the CPT countires where we cannot insure the cargo, we recomend that you arrange your own insuarnce for these shipments

Receiving Goods

  • We require a signature upon delivery
  • However where available, once goods are out for delivery, you may choose to request goods be left at your destination address without signature
    • If you choose this option, you accept the risk and delivery will be deemed to have taken place once the courier or haulier leaves the goods at your address location
    • If your goods are lost or stolen, we cannot accept libility for the cost of replacing them.

Cancellations and Returns

  • You can cancel your order at any time up to the point of shipping*
  • We are happy to accept returns requests within 14 days of date of delivery*  (We cannot accept returns after 14 days from date of delivery)
    • *This excludes custom products, such as tool kits, and etching as these will have been processed to your specific order

  • You should include your name, address, order number and the goods which you wish to return.
  • For us to process your return,
    • we must receive the goods back within 14 days of our written approval (goods received after 14 days may not be returned)
    • goods must be unused and unopened in original packaging
